Welcome to Robolytics

During 2010, Robolytics established a collaboration with Apple, the purpose of which was to combine the development, production and field experience of members of the Robolytics team with the design, engineering, and hardware integration prowess of the “Inside Apple” team in order to integrate the Apple iPad into AMRs designed by the Company to:

• Serve as the primary interface for exchanging information between and AMR and humans
• Provide on-board computer processing
• Facilitate wireless interface between the AMR and service technicians who interact with the robot
• Enable the transfer of log-files from an AMR to remote locations on a programmed and on-demand basis to facilitate diagnostics while monitoring the robot

This collaboration led to Robolytics being granted a license by Apple, which enables the Company to incorporate Apple technology and “iProducts” into the AMRs rand elated products and accessories developed by the Company. During Q3 2011, Robolytics established a strategic alliance with Adept Technology, the largest producer of industrial robots in the United States, to develop and sell autonomous robotic solutions for selected commercial/industrial applications.

The Robolytics team is populated by a group of men and women who have extensive experience in software development and programming, mechanical and electrical engineering, FIRST Robotics Competition (www.usfirst.org), and the design, development, fabrication, installation and customer support of autonomous mobile service robotics, related products and accessories.
